Exchange and Return Policy


  • We offer an exchange and return service according to the following policy:
  • All products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition with the original labels, packaging and packaging box.
  • Products can be returned within one day of receipt, with the customer bearing the return shipping costs.
  • Products can be exchanged within 3 days of receipt, with the customer bearing the round-trip shipping costs.
  • Returns or exchanges will be free* in case of a discrepancy in the product description or in case of a manufacturing defect or fault. Otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping costs, except for non-returnable products where only damaged parts will be replaced.
  • If a customer receives a free shipping offer and returns a product from the same order, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Discounted products, underwear, and care products are not refundable unless they have a manufacturing defect or flaw.
  • Wooden beds are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the packaging or assembly has been opened.
  • Custom-made iron beds are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Embroidery products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • If the return or exchange is not accepted, the product will be returned to the customer after the customer bears the shipping fees.
  • If the order has been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel or exchange it, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping fees.
  • Round-trip shipping fee is 50 riyals.
  • For packages, if one item is returned, the remaining items in the package will be charged at the same price as the individual item without deducting the package price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.


To request an exchange or return:

1. Contact the customer service team via the link, or through one of the other means of communication.

2. The return request will be reviewed, and arrangements will be made to receive the products to be returned.

3. After receiving the products, they will be inspected and the money will be refunded to the customer's account or they will be replaced, within a period of 14 working days.
